Great experience. I would totally disagree with the other review. I have had my last 2 tattoos done there and they were totally professional. How can somebody go there for 3 piercings but say their customer service sucks...and then call them all ass…

Don't go unless you have eternity to wait and don't want to be listened to. I have been there before for 3 piercing and my b/f had gone there for a tattoo, but decided against it.
