Great Salon, Bad Business. I have been tanning at Sundays for a little over 6 months. There beds are nice, lotions are not cheap but they give you back the money in free tanning. I had actually just upgraded my package there before this incident started. I was on a monthly membership package there and they state you must give thirty days notice if you want to make any changes to your plan. Well I had an accident that caused me to to have second degree burns on my hand and arm there for not being able to use my 60.00 dollar a month tanning package. I went in to ask of it could be frozen or canceled due to the fact that I was not sure how long I would not be able to tan for. I was then told that since it was 26 days until my next draft that I was still going to have to pay for another month unless i could go get a doctors note stating that i had been burned when clearly the burn was visibly BAD. So after two hours at a doctors office I walk back in and nothing but a snotty attitude from the manager Devon as she said s"sign here and here and date here and I will handle the rest, goodbye."

This is crap about there thirty day policy. I know that they have this policy but they have no problem upgrading your package when you are only ten days away from your next bank draft because they love to take your money but when you are hurt and can not use there services temporarily it is all the sudden a huge inconvenience fore them.

No one should be treated like this it is bad business and I will never tan there again no matter how nice the beds are.
