Recently, due to financial circumstances, it was necessary for me to sell a diamond I owned. That being the case, I searched Google and shopped around various diamond purchasers in order to get the best deal. I requested a quote from five local and online purchasers. The companies, and quoted prices, are as follows: Diamond Buyers International - $1500-$2000, White Pine Diamonds - $2,525, Diamond Exchange USA – No Response, Tidewater Gold & Diamond - $1,950, and, last but definitely not least, Madison Jewelers - $2,600 (SOLD). Not only did Mr. Phil Ralph, CEO/Goldsmith, of Madison Jewelers give me the highest offer, but he also stayed open beyond normal hours in order for me to sell him the diamond that very day, and then was able, albeit with a fair cost, to further assist me with additional jewelry needs due to my specific circumstances. His shop is nestled in a little strip mall, but was very welcoming and immaculate inside. His staff was also very professional and polite.

Mr. Ralph made this undesirable financial necessity as pleasant as it could have been, and, thanks to his professionalism, understanding of my financial situation, and honest, “no games” approach, it is understandable why he and his staff have built up such a positive business that keeps his customers coming back for years. Based on this experience, I have decided that Mr. Ralph, and Madison Jewelers, will now be our family jeweler for all of our present and future jewelry needs. That being said, I highly recommend Madison Jewelers and would suggest that this fine establishment be your first, and last, stop for all your jewelry/diamonds/gold buying/selling needs.
