Counter staff, including manager, is rude and don't know cars OR parts. I was shopping for tune-up parts for an older car and the counter person was fixated on spark plugs and wires. He didn't know what "points and condenser" meant (thought it was for A/C). Every time the damn phone rang he answered without excusing himself as if I weren't even there. The manager, who witnessed the encounter, NEVER stepped in and didn't even offer an apology when I complained. I spent close to $150 at another store.
