Bad Service, Really Bad Mattresses

I stayed at this hotel for a few nights when I was looking for a home in the area. We had a very rude reception coming into the hotel, we had just driven eight hours and we had to check in late. Even though our credit card was on file, we were told that we were lucky to have a room only due to cancellations. Also, the mattresses are nearly as bad as a pull-out sofa. I wrote a letter to management and never got a response. I can not recommend this hotel unless there is no other availability.
