NY Style Pizza in Virginia Beach. This place is amazing. I grew up in Queens NY and there is NO OTHER PLACE in the area that compares to Sal's. At first I thought they were affiliated with those other "Bella" and "Sal's" pizzerias but they are NOT. This place is the original that opened at the Oceanfront almost 20 years ago! The owner is a hard-working friendly man who makes the pies himself and the food is so fresh and tasty. The cheese and sauce really make a good pizza and theirs is OUTSTANDING. Heaven in a slice. There's a lot of pizzerias in VB but this one is the best by far. Fantastic family-run restaurant with great service and delicious meals. Their Sicilian pizza is like nothing I've ever tasted and their hoagies just melt in your mouth. Wonderful job guys!…
