My girlfriend had to get her hair done. We were on our way to the Military Ball. Thank goodness they knew how to do a fade! I would have been SOL. I waited until the last minute to mine cut. so itworked out perect. The cut was great. The best part was the shampoo. Thanks ladies...and nate.

Best Salon In VIRGINIA BEACH!!

I was getting ready to leave for vacation early in the morning and it was 7:30 on a Friday night. I had to get my eyebrows waxed, immediatly. I called and they were closed, I said ok, thanks. The woman (Jane) then asked how far i was, I told her where I was and she said come on over. I was so happy and appreciative. When I got there they were waiting for me. They did not rush and really took their time. The stylist (it wont let me put her name) did an amazing job. I had been waiting to get mine waxed because they had been messed up so badly the last time. She did the best job I had ever had!! My mom and best friend had their haircut there recently and both look amazing. Just a wonderful salon, with wondrful stylist, and they really do care and want to give you what you want. I would suggest everyone give them a try. I am next time I get my hair cut, I am waiting so I can donate to Locks of Love which they participate in also. They will send you hair in for you!! Again, Check this salon out, any of the stylists are great!!!! Wish I would of found them earlier. The prices are great too. Only $30. for a shampoo, cut and style. I usually pay alot more and they have kept to their word when my family and friends have been there. The waxing and other services are reasonably priced. That is just another plus!! Centrally located outside Lynn. Mall near Red lobster. I just loved this place!!

great place to go

I was in Virginia beach visiting my best friend and we decided to get a haircut and color. I saw Nate and he is a color EXPERT. He was amazing and listened to me and did everything I wanted. It has been almost two and a half months and people are still asking me if I just got my hair highlighted because it still looks great. Everyone was super knowledgeable there, and the best part was that they actually try to save you money. I wish I had a hair we are where I am from!

Best salon in Virginia Beach

Don't do what I did... I strayed. After seeing Jessica faithfully for over 4 years, I followed my friend and went to a different stylist for "something new". What I ended up with was a haircut that I could not grow out gracefully, with over-processed, frizzy hair that took forever to fix in the mornings and a whole lot of frustration. I no longer received the compliments from strangers of "I love your hair!". Instead, I heard from my husband, "Um... Your hair is kind of big on the top and sticking out in the back. You really need to fix it". Not a great thing to hear. So, needless to say, I called Jessica who came to the rescue. She really had to rescue my hair by cutting off all of the dead, over-processed ends. I had to sacrifice some of the length to make up for the "chop job" done on the back of my head, but it is so worth it. I love my hair and color again!!!! I learned my lesson the hard way. I now am faithfully back in her very talented hands and have again the "do" that looks good, feels good and my husband LOVES it. Phew. I will never stray again.

EXPERIENCED & UP TO DATE SALON

I'm a loyal client to Hair We Are for over 5 years. They all are so friendly and personable. They always consult with me ,ask what I "m looking for today and listen to what I want . They recommend changes when I need them, un like my other salon. I got so board they didn't even ask me just kept doing the same old thing, and the prices kept going up but service was going down. Thats why I am a loyal client. They treat me and my family like part of their family, not just a number. They make sure you know they appreciate you business. I always leave there feeling like a million bucks. I recommended them to a niece of mine who needed her entire wedding party done including the guys, the day ran just like clock work, I knew that the hair was'nt something my neice would'n need to stress over.

• Pros: being able to schedule an appoitment,even at the last minute, they also take walk-ins

I was in the mall trying to get it cut. people were rude and it was taking FOREVER. So as we left we saw a cute little shop by the jumping monkey. Stopped in just to see if there was any way I could get my hair done(mind you my son was getting married soon and my stylist ditched me). They were so nice and understanding. They took me in..cut and colored my hair. I also got a fab wax job on my eye brows. I even sprang for an extra $20 for a spray tan. I look and feel great.....thanks Jen!

fun place to go

I really like it there. I took my daughter right before school started. It was like mom and daughter day. The people who work there are nice and really listen to you. I didn't feel pressured or tricked into getting something I didn't want. My hair turned out fabulous. New cut and high lights...and it didn't cost me a bunch of money. My daughter was really happy with her new high school do! We will be going back...
